Find Your Access Code

When your sponsorship agreement was signed, you received an email from Vibrant Performance with your unique access code. It looks like: VP-A3K9M2

Check your inbox (and spam) for an email with "Partner Portal" in the subject. Can not find it? Reach out to team@marketing.vibrantperformance.com to have it resent.

Open vibrantperformance.shop in your browser. You will see this login screen:

Your personalized dashboard loads immediately. The portal has three main tabs: My Dashboard, Order Parts, and Merch Store. Your session stays active until you sign out or close the browser.

Your Code is Permanent

Your access code stays the same for the duration of your sponsorship. No password, no account creation. Just your code.

Keep Your Code Private

Do not share your access code. It gives full access to your portal including order history, content submissions, and the ability to submit new orders.

You can find products in several ways:

  • Categories on the left sidebar filter by product type
  • Search bar at the top with autocomplete suggestions as you type
  • Sort by SKU, price (low to high or high to low), or name
  • Show Discontinued toggle to see products no longer in production

Add Items to Your Cart

Set the quantity and click Add to Cart. The button turns green to confirm the item is in your cart. You can also add from the product detail view.

Review Your Cart

Click the Cart button (or the floating cart icon) to open the cart drawer. It shows your MSRP budget usage in real time.

Submit Your Order

Click Submit Order Request to send your order to the Vibrant team. The cart clears and your order will appear in your Order History on the dashboard once processed.

Your Cart Saves Automatically

Cart items are saved locally and synced to the server. If you close the browser and come back later, your cart will still be there. You can also click Save Draft to manually save to the server.

Budget Tracking

The cart shows your projected MSRP usage in real time. The progress bar changes color: green when under 70%, yellow from 70% to 90%, and red above 90%. This helps you stay within your MSRP cap.

AI-Powered Suggestions

After placing an order, you may see AI-powered suggestions for complementary products that work well with your build.

Discontinued Products

Products marked as "Discontinued" are shown faded and cannot be added to your cart. Use the Show Discontinued toggle to see them.

Your exclusive discount code appears in a banner at the top of the Merch Store. Click Copy Code to copy it to your clipboard, or Copy Share Link to get a link that automatically applies the discount for anyone who opens it.

Click View product to see sizes, colors, and details. Add items to the Shopify cart and check out. Enter your discount code at checkout to apply your discount.

Find the Upload Zone

On your My Dashboard tab, scroll to the File Upload section. You will see a drag-and-drop zone where you can drop files directly.

Drag & Drop or Browse

Drag files from your computer into the upload zone, or click the zone to browse your files. You can upload photos, videos, and documents up to 500MB per file.

Watch the Progress

A real-time progress bar shows the upload percentage as your file transfers. Larger files like videos may take a moment depending on your connection speed.

Files Go to Your Shared Folder

Once uploaded, files go directly to your partner shared folder. The Vibrant team can access them for features, reposts, or marketing use (always with credit). No need for external file sharing tools like Dropbox or Google Drive.

How to Log an Event Step by Step

Open My Events

On your dashboard, scroll to the My Events section or click the Events tab to see your event log.

Fill In the Event Details

Complete the event form with the following information:

  • Event Name -- the name of the show, race, or meet
  • Event Type -- car show, race, track day, meet, or other
  • Dates -- start and end date of the event
  • Location -- city, state, or venue name
  • Description -- a brief summary of the event and your involvement
  • URL -- link to the event page (optional)
  • Photos -- upload event photos to accompany the entry

Submit

Click Submit Event to log it. Your event will appear in your event history and can count toward your M4: Event Coverage milestone.

VP Events Appear Automatically

Events hosted or organized by Vibrant Performance appear automatically in your calendar for all partners. You do not need to log those manually.

Managing Your Profile

Edit Your Social Handles

Scroll to the Social Links section on your dashboard. Click Edit to update your handles for:

  • Instagram -- your IG handle (e.g., @yourname)
  • YouTube -- your channel name or URL
  • TikTok -- your TikTok handle
  • Facebook -- your Facebook page or profile

Click Save when you are done. These links help us find and feature your content.

Update Apparel & Team Sizes

If your sponsorship includes merch or team gear, make sure your apparel sizes are up to date. You can set shirt size, hat preference, and team size in the profile section.

Change Your Profile Photo

Click your avatar at the top of the dashboard. A camera overlay appears -- click it to choose a new image, crop and reposition it, then click Save Photo. Supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP up to 5 MB.

The carousel appears on your My Dashboard tab below the "What's Next" section. Posts marked with a red "New" badge are recent additions. Featured posts appear slightly larger.

Click any card to see the full post details, including a caption and a call-to-action (like "Like and comment on this video" or "Share this post to your Story").

Engage

Click Open Post to go directly to the content on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. Your engagement is tracked so the Vibrant team can see which partners are most active.

The FTC requires disclosure when you receive free products or compensation. Add #ad or #sponsored to your posts. It is the law and it builds trust with your audience.

Good Lighting & Clear Audio

You do not need a professional studio. Natural light and a quiet environment go a long way. Your phone camera is more than enough if the lighting is right.

Show the Products Clearly

Make sure Vibrant products are visible in your content. Do not hide them in the background -- give them screen time. Close-ups of part numbers, logos, and finishes help a lot.

Be Authentic

Your audience follows you for YOU. Do not try to be a commercial. Be genuine, share your real opinions, and let your personality shine through. Authentic content always outperforms scripted ads.

🌐 Page not loading?

Try these steps in order:

  • Clear your browser cache (Settings > Clear Browsing Data)
  • Try opening the portal in an incognito/private window
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge all work)
📤 Upload failed?

If a file upload is not going through:

  • Check the file size -- the maximum is 500MB per file
  • Try a different browser (some older browsers have upload limitations)
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable
  • If the progress bar stalls, refresh the page and try again
🔑 Can not find my access code?

Your access code was sent in your welcome email when your sponsorship agreement was signed. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email with "Partner Portal" in the subject. If you still can not find it, email team@marketing.vibrantperformance.com and we will resend it right away.

🛒 Cart not saving?

Your cart relies on cookies and local storage to persist between sessions. If your cart is not saving:

  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser settings
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Use the Save Draft button in the cart to manually save to the server
  • Avoid using browsers in "always clear cookies on close" mode
📸 Content not showing in log?

After submitting content, it should appear immediately in your Content Log. If it does not:

  • Refresh the page -- content appears after successful submission
  • Check that all required fields were filled in (Platform, Post URL, and Milestone are required)
  • If it still does not appear, try submitting again
📷 Profile photo not updating?

If your new profile photo is not showing after saving:

  • Clear your browser cache -- old images can be cached
  • Try a different image format (JPG and PNG work best)
  • Make sure the image is under 5 MB
  • Try uploading from a different device if the issue persists

🔑 I lost my access code. How do I get it back?

Check your email for a message with "Partner Portal" in the subject. If you can not find it, email team@marketing.vibrantperformance.com and we will resend it immediately.

📱 Can I access the portal on my phone?

Yes! The portal is fully responsive and works great on phones, tablets, and desktops. You can log content from the car show or shop floor. The Order Parts catalog and cart also work on mobile.

🛒 How do I order parts through the portal?

Click the Order Parts tab, browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and click Submit Order Request. Your order goes directly to the Vibrant team for processing. See the Order Parts section for a full walkthrough.

💰 Does my cart save if I close the browser?

Yes. Your cart is saved to your browser automatically and also synced to the server in the background. When you log back in, your saved cart items will be restored. You can also click Save Draft in the cart to manually save.

🏷 How do I use my merch discount code?

Go to the Merch Store tab. Your discount code is shown in the banner at the top. Copy it and enter it at Shopify checkout. You can also use the Copy Share Link button to get a link that auto-applies the discount for anyone who clicks it.

🏁 Do I have to complete all four milestones?

Not necessarily. Only the milestones enabled in your agreement will appear on your portal. If you are unsure which milestones apply to you, email team@marketing.vibrantperformance.com.

📊 How do I know when a milestone is complete?

When you submit content tagged with a milestone, the Vibrant team reviews it. Once approved, the status on your dashboard updates from "Not Started" or "In Progress" to "Complete".

📦 Can I request parts outside of the portal?

The Order Parts tab is the primary way to request parts. It shows real-time budget tracking and the full catalog. If you have a special request or need help finding a product, email team@marketing.vibrantperformance.com.

Yes. Click your avatar anytime. Crop and reposition before saving. Supports JPEG, PNG, WebP up to 5 MB.

🔔 What are the notifications about?

The bell icon shows activity on your account: content submissions, order status changes, payment disbursements, agreement updates, and shipment tracking. Each event type has a color-coded dot for easy scanning.

🤖 What does the AI feedback score mean?

Our AI reviews your submitted content and scores it from 1-10 based on quality, relevance, and brand visibility. It also gives tips for improvement. It is a helpful guide, not a grade.

📅 How do I log an event?

Click the "My Events" section and fill in the event details -- name, type, dates, location, and photos. Events you attend can count toward your M4 milestone.

🔗 How do I update my social media handles?

Scroll to "Your Social Links" on your dashboard and click "Edit". You can add or change your Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook handles.
