When your sponsorship agreement was signed, you received an email from Vibrant Performance with your unique access code. It looks like: VP-A3K9M2

Check your inbox (and spam) for an email with "Partner Portal" in the subject. Can not find it? Reach out to team@marketing.vibrantperformance.com to have it resent.

Go to The Shop

Open vibrantperformance.shop in your browser. You will see this login screen:

You are In!

Your personalized dashboard loads immediately. The portal has three main tabs: My Dashboard, Order Parts, and Merch Store. Your session stays active until you sign out or close the browser.

Your Profile

At the top: your name, project, tier, and agreement status. Click your avatar to update your profile photo.

Brand Resources

Three quick-access cards linking to the logo pack, brand guidelines, and the Order Parts tab.

What's Next

Smart prompts that tell you what action to take. Shows your next incomplete milestone, available orders, or in-transit shipments.

Agreement Status

Shows whether your agreement is Signed, Sent for Signature, or still being prepared. If signed, you can view the PDF directly.

Vibrant Feed

A scrollable carousel of the latest brand content. Tap a card to see details and engage with the post.

Key Stats & Budget

Overview cards (discount, MSRP cap, orders, content count) plus a progress bar showing MSRP budget usage with used, remaining, and orders left.

Order History & Cash Disbursements

Tables showing all orders with statuses and tracking links. If your sponsorship includes cash payments, a separate section tracks disbursements.

Milestones

Progress cards for each milestone. Not Started, In Progress, or Complete. Updates as you submit tagged content.

Open the Order Parts Tab

Click the Order Parts tab in the navigation bar at the top of the portal. The product catalog loads with a category sidebar on the left and a product grid on the right.

Browse and Search

You can find products in several ways:

• Categories on the left sidebar filter by product type
• Search bar at the top with autocomplete suggestions as you type
• Sort by SKU, price (low to high or high to low), or name
• Show Discontinued toggle to see products no longer in production

Click any product card to see full details including description, dimensions, weight, and attributes.

Add Items to Your Cart

Set the quantity and click Add to Cart. The button turns green to confirm the item is in your cart. You can also add from the product detail view.

Review Your Cart

Click the Cart button (or the floating cart icon) to open the cart drawer. It shows your MSRP budget usage in real time.

Submit Your Order

Click Submit Order Request to send your order to the Vibrant team. The cart clears and your order will appear in your Order History on the dashboard once processed.

Open the Merch Store Tab

Click the Merch Store tab at the top of the portal. The Shopify storefront loads with all available merchandise.

Use Your Discount Code

Your exclusive discount code appears in a banner at the top of the Merch Store. Click Copy Code to copy it to your clipboard, or Copy Share Link to get a link that automatically applies the discount for anyone who opens it.

Browse and Purchase

Click View product to see sizes, colors, and details. Add items to the Shopify cart and check out. Enter your discount code at checkout to apply your discount.

Fill Out the Form

On your My Dashboard tab, scroll to "Submit Content" and complete the fields:

View Your Content Log

After submitting, the entry immediately appears in your Content Log:

See New Content

The carousel appears on your My Dashboard tab below the "What's Next" section. Posts marked with a red "New" badge are recent additions. Featured posts appear slightly larger.

Tap to Expand

Click any card to see the full post details, including a caption and a call-to-action (like "Like and comment on this video" or "Share this post to your Story").

Engage

Click Open Post to go directly to the content on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. Your engagement is tracked so the Vibrant team can see which partners are most active.

The Bell Icon

Located in the header bar next to your name. A red badge shows the number of unread notifications. Click the bell to open the panel.

Color-Coded Events

Each notification has a colored dot indicating the type: blue for content submissions, orange for order status changes, amber for payments logged, green for agreement updates, and purple for shipments.

Recent Activity

The panel shows up to 20 recent events with timestamps. Click outside the panel to close it.

Authentic Content

Be yourself. Genuine content performs best. No scripted ads needed.

Vibrant Products Visible

Make sure products are clearly visible or mentioned. Tag us on social media when possible.

Consistent Posting

Spread milestones naturally with your build timeline rather than all at once.

High-Resolution Media

Upload raw or hi-res versions to your Dropbox folder when possible. We may feature your work on our channels (always with credit).

Hover Over Your Avatar

At the top of the portal, hover over your initials circle. A camera overlay appears:

Select & Crop

Choose an image, then drag to position and use the zoom slider:

Save

Click Save Photo. Your new profile picture updates immediately. Supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP up to 5 MB.
